Mission & Vision

All India Bank Mitra Federation is committed to fight for the fundamental rights of bank mitras

"Unity in diversity is the specialty of Indian culture and in accordance with this the Federation will try to bring together various trade unions and participate in joint campaigns to solve the problems of bank mitras. There will be no compromise on concepts and the joint campaign committees will play their role in the discussions and joint actions".

Motto of the Federation

We will work in the interest of bank friends, will take full credit for our work. We are the ones who spend our energy in national work with a smile. We are the ones who shape the fortunes of the exploited, oppressed and downtrodden. Bank friends of India should now unite, whatever be the compulsion, our demands should be fulfilled.

Our major achievements

Prime Minister Jan Dhan Yojana was started by Shri Narendra Bhai Modi ji Sir, all efforts were made to ensure that there is no shortcoming in this scheme, the result of which was that our name was recorded in the Guinness Book for opening more bank accounts in less time through this scheme and all the records were broken by Bank Mitras..

All the bank mitras have contributed significantly to all the work and achievements made under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana. From opening accounts door to door at the beginning of the scheme to the Corona epidemic, all the bank mitras have played an important role.

Among all the schemes being run through the schemes of the Government of India, mainly-gas subsidy, Kisan Samman Nidhi, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Ladli Behna Yojana, Ladli Laxmi Yojana, Sukanya Yojana, scholarship of students, the money of almost all the schemes is reaching the beneficiaries directly through Bank Mitras.

Bank Mitras have done the work of taking Atal Pension Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Yojana to the last person in the social security schemes.

Why People Choose Our Services?

Why join us? Along with all the bank friends, office bearers of retired bank employees unions are also associated with the federation. We have been successful in establishing our contacts with various political parties.
